Arlie Adkins is an author and academic. His research is widely cited across the fields of urban planning, geography, and public health. In fiction, one of his short stories was a semifinalist for American Short Fiction's 2025 Halifax Ranch Fiction Prize.

 

His debut novel, Andiamo!, will be published by Celadon Books in summer 2027.
